SDSU is about 30 minutes from San Diego International Airport (Lindbergh Field). It's just east of Mission Valley and Hotel Circle - a four mile stretch of hotels, restaurants, and stores (including two major malls).
The Hilton San Diego/Mission Valley, a 10-minute drive to the SDSU campus, offers discounted rates for symposium guests from June 5th through the 10th (Note: As of March 22nd, there are only a few rooms left, so if you intend to stay here, make your reservations as soon as possible.).
